A waifish street urchin and a recently orphaned female blacksmith are ousted from the capital city by a capricious merchant prince. Hunted by his band of bloodthirsty henchmen, the two companions stowaway on a Spanish galleon only to soon find themselves pursuing a pirate's life. Set in the Golden Age of Piracy, this is a tale of outcasts turned lovers; two rag-tag scallywags with enough pluck and luck to evade the many mishaps on their misadventures. What fate awaits them on the tumultuous Mediterranean Sea?
